Are you struggling with binge-eating?
Come sit in "my office" (from the comfort of your home) and get the education that my individual clients get from me for a much higher cost.
I see a lot of common themes come up that I educate on every day, working with people with eating disorders, and I recorded and packaged it up neatly for you. Think of it as a nutrition therapy group.
This course will help you move through recovery faster with education and actionable-steps (and you can go back and watch / read it as much as you want) so you can work with your providers on your deeper needs.
This should save you major $$$ over time!
We will cover:
-How to create balanced meals using your favorite foods (no dieting!)
-Mindful eating (I walk you through a mindfulness exercise)
-Finding your individual barriers with a journaling exercise so that you can take action on them (lots of ideas of alternate coping skills given) and move past your eating disorder
-Nutrition to tackle anxiety and depression
-Physiology of the body in relation to how much we eat (and how to change that)
-and so much more!
This course is for:
-Anyone who binge-eats (binge-eating disorder, bulimia nervosa, or other disordered eating) and wants to stop
-Anyone who wants to have a better relationship with food
-Anyone who wants food to only be a (small) part of their life, and have more time and energy for meaningful relationships
-Anyone who is curious about why we eat the way we do, and how our body utilizes the food/nutrients we put in it for good
-Those who are nervous about triggering language in other sources (I am sensitive to "triggering" language in regards to eating disorders)
-Anyone who wants to learn how to "meal plan" on the spot - no actual planning required, thus freeing their mind from overthinking food (no "special" foods required - all foods work!)
-Those of you who are ready to be done with your eating disorder, and learn skills to deal with situations that will inevitably come up in life
This course is not for:
-Those looking for a "quick-fix" or "diet" (this is a sustainable lifestyle)
Hi! My name is Libby Parker, and I am a Registered Dietitian (or nutrition expert) with both a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Nutrition Science.
